State-of-the-art pallet machines reduce costs enabling operators to continuously load and unload parts as the machines remain in continuous cutting operations. Rotary fourth- and fifth-axis fixturing enables up to 5 sides of a part to be machined with just one set-up, thereby eliminating multiple set-ups and reducing downtime.

Experienced SPM personnel will deliver finished prototypes for your inspection and authorization before proceeding with production quantities. SPM will stock and ship parts to your J.I.T. schedule.

Our QC department and fully equipped engineering staff routinely perform gauge calibrations and CMM inspections throughout production runs to insure consistent quality. Statistical Product Control is available as needed.
